REFUND POLICY FOR THE BREAD BASKET
At The Bread Basket, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a refund or exchange under the following conditions:
1. RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. REFUNDS
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Please note that it may take some time for your refund to be processed and for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
3. EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange your item for a different product or size, please contact us to arrange the exchange. We will send you the new item once we receive the returned item.
4. SHIPPING COSTS
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item. We will only refund the cost of the item itself, not the shipping costs.
5. DAMAGES
If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and provide photos of the damaged item. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.
6. FINAL SALE ITEMS
Some items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items will be clearly marked on our website.
